What counts as a monthly active user?
A monthly active user (MAU) is any unique user who authenticates at least once during a billing month. Token refreshes don't count.
Is MFA really free?
Yes. TOTP-based MFA and passkeys are included in every plan at no extra cost. SMS MFA is available on Pro and above.
What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?
On Pro, you'll be billed per additional MAU at $0.015/MAU. On Free, we'll notify you and give you time to upgrade. We never block your users.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
